IOTSI Workshop Position Papers

2 Mar 2016

Some time ago I mentioned the Internet of Things Semantic Interoperability (IOTSI) workshop organised by the IAB. This workshop is important for the work on application data formats, semantic definitions, and interoperability in the Internet of Things space.

IOTSI Workshop Wordle

Can we ensure that this work gets completed and aligned across the industry?

I wanted to provide a small update, as the paper submission deadline has closed. The workshop proved very popular, with over 50 high-quality submissions from a diverse set of organisations and covering many different angles into the topic.

The accepted papers are available from the workshop page. Do read them, as they provide many interesting thoughts on where various standards organisations are on this topic and what problems remain.
